OAT MEAL
Oat meals or porridge or Kuzh(tamil) is a healthy food. But it is new for me and when I first tasted it was prepared with milk and it was sweet. But I liked it and I wanted to add oats to my diet , though I did not want to prepare it with just milk. So what did I do? I used my God given creativity and prepared a never before Indianized version of oat meal which is much tastier and healthier too. I ofcourse had a vegetable curry and appalam as side dish to enhance the taste and my gourmet experience.
