Relearning Love
1 John 3:16
New International Version (NIV)
16 This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.
As we readin this passage, Christ's love has redefined love for us and we need to relearn love so that it is in conformity with the love of Christ.
Only the Holy Spirit can help us even accept this truth. We need the Holy Spirit to help us learn to love like Christ. We need the anointing of the Holy Spirit everyday if we are to love the way God wants us to.
As Jesus said, "WITHOUT ME YOU CAN DO NOTHING" .
